The Diya Peer Support Group in Harrow provides a safe space for South Asian community members to connect, share experiences, and improve their mental well-being.

What is DIYA Peer Support Group?
Diya welcomes individuals from the South Asian community, embracing diverse languages, cultures, and religions. Whether you speak Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Urdu, Punjabi, or any other language, and regardless of your faith—Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, or any other belief—Diya offers a supportive environment for all.
At Diya, we celebrate these differences, creating a hub for unity, respect, and shared growth.
Who Can Join?
This peer support group is open to South Asian community members in Harrow experiencing mental health challenges.

📍 Where? Harrow Baptist Church (Central Harrow)

What Does the Diya Peer Support Group Offer?
Diya provides:
✅ A safe space to share experiences and participate in well-being activities
✅ 2 hour mental health and well-being workshops
✅ Support that addresses cultural barriers such as mental health stigma, isolation, and loneliness
