Skydiving, volunteering in our charity shop and philanthropic donations have underpinned Harrow-based Accountants, Charterhouse raising an incredible £8,500 for Mind in Harrow over the last two years.
Their phenomenal fundraising has supported our Mental Health Helpline and Information Service open 9-5 and online 24/7 and our vital volunteer training program. Many of our services including HeadsUp, our Young People’s Project rely upon our team of trained and dedicated volunteers.
Many Mind in Harrow Volunteers have lived experience of mental health, and service users tell us time again about the added value this brings “Mind in Harrow Volunteers get where I am coming from, and this has played a big part in my recovery journey.”
