Mind in Harrow’s Bollywood Dance class is the perfect opportunity to move, connect, and build confidence in a welcoming and friendly environment. Taught by expert instructors from the prestigious Sapnay Bollywood Dance School, this class is open to all abilities—whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just starting out!

As part of our Stepping Stones program, this class is designed to support mental well-being through movement and social connection. Dancing is not only a great way to stay active, but it also helps reduce stress, improve mood, and build self-esteem. Plus, it’s a fantastic way to meet new people and try something new!
