What does the service offer?
Our Mental Health Information Helpline provides information on services available for Harrow residents over 18 years for vulnerable residents with enduring mental health needs.
We offer specialist information and signposting to local services, such as benefits and housing advice, counselling services and health and social care services. We offer a confidential, empathic, and culturally sensitive approach and one-to-one support.
Who is the service for?
To be eligible for this service, callers must be accessing primary or secondary mental health services for support with their mental health and /or experiencing difficulties with everyday living.
How to contact us?
Our Volunteer team will provide information and guidance over the phone, email and post. We also offer a one-to-one appointment with our Information Worker for complex cases by appointment only.
