Mind in Harrow is supporting International Fathers’ Mental Health Day on 22 June 2020 by raising awareness and starting conversations about the importance of Dads’ mental health. Evidence has suggested that Dads who are supported with their mental health before and after pregnancies, are in a much better place to support their partners and family. It is time we check in with Dads, ask them how they are and create basic awareness of the importance of their mental health. If you are a GP or health visitor, please check in with the Dads and ask them if they are ok.
22 June: International Fathers' Mental Health Day
The mental health of Dads is linked to the mental health of the whole family.
